60 Thompson boasts 100 guestrooms, each one beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. Soho's own, Thomas O'Brien, conceived the luxury hotel's classy interior décor. Photographer Laura Resen, who has earned praise for her work, was commissioned specifically by the hotel to create the photos that adorn the walls. Out of the 100 guestrooms, visitors may choose between the Queen, Deluxe, Deluxe with a View, Double-Double, Double-Double with a View, Suite, Suite with a View and the lavish duplex penthouse that has become known as the Thompson Suite. All rooms feature either a queen size bed, king size bed or two double beds while the suites are furnished with a king size bed and the penthouse is furnished with two king size beds. Cozy bed linens are by Frette and the beds are dressed with pure down duvets and pillows to ensure maximum comfort for each and every guest. Every bed rests on a platform, European-style, and extends from custom-finished wood headboards. Tables flanking either side of the bed are adorned with woodblock pedestal lamps. The suites are decorated with retro-style furnishings in the separate living areas. The bathrooms are just as opulent, resembling a winter wonderland. White marble mosaic floors, white porcelain bath fixtures and the spacious shower stalls and sinks merge to create a lavish and relaxing bathing experience. A number of rooms and suites offer guests spectacular views of Soho's unique neighborhood. Guests will soon see why this area has become one of the most coveted in New York City.

Lavishness does not end with the décor. 60 Thompson provides their guests with many up-scale amenities and services. Each room features a state-of-the-art entertainment center. The wood floors are covered with area rugs and the fireplace creates a warm and snug atmosphere.
